Can you manage the complete project?
Yes. Our involvement can begin before there is even a design. We can introduce a client to a trusted real estate agent when searching for or purchasing property, and connect them with a suitable bank when financing support is required. From there, we coordinate the specialists, permits, materials, personnel and complete construction process through furnishing and final installation.
Can you build for clients who live abroad?
Yes. Almost all of our clients live abroad, so working responsibly on their behalf is fundamental to the way we operate. We take that responsibility very seriously, with careful planning, transparent communication and regular project discussions. Our secure project environment keeps progress photography, financial information, documents, permits and key project contacts organised in one place, while we safeguard the day-to-day decisions, quality and progress on site.
How can I follow my project?
Your secure project environment is a digital control centre—not simply a folder of updates. Construction progress, dated photography, finances, invoices, approvals, permits, purchasing and customs records are brought together in one structured overview. You can follow the full picture from anywhere while the project team retains one clear and accountable record.
How is the construction budget determined?
Every home we build is individually designed around its client, location and requirements. Site conditions, technical complexity, materials and level of finish are different for every project, so attaching a standard price per square metre would be neither accurate nor responsible. We first understand the plans and priorities, then prepare an estimate specifically for that project.
Who is responsible on site?
Each project has dedicated on-site supervision and a clear point of contact for the architect, consultants, suppliers and our office. This keeps responsibility visible and communication direct.
Can you source specialist materials and furnishings?
Yes. We can coordinate purchasing locally and internationally, including shipping, customs clearance, storage and delivery. Any services outside the agreed construction scope are discussed and priced before they are carried out.
Will the home be ready to move into?
Yes. We take care of everything required for a genuinely move-in-ready home—and often more. That includes professional cleaning, assembling and installing furniture, hanging curtains, artwork and decoration, arranging utilities and connecting the internet. Our work is complete when the home is ready to be lived in.
